C. Quality Control System

We have applied 9001 - 2000 quality management system and 5S operation management which are often required by Japanese experts, including:

1. Seiri (Sort): This is focused on identifying all unnecessary items from the workplace, which is needed for day-to-day operations

2. Seiton (Straighten): After sorting, you need to create efficient storage methods so your items are easy to locate and use, as well as put away.

3. Seiso (Sweep): Sweep means to clean, remove clutter and fix things to sustain new improvements in a daily manner.

4. Seiketsu (Standardize): After the implementation of first three 5S’s, the next one is to standardize the best practices in work area. Individuals are always in need to assign responsibility for each of the first 3S aspects.

5. Shitsuke (Sustain): This aspect involved in changing habits and often most tedious of 5S methodology implementation.
